1. How do I care for my earrings?
Our earrings are made with quality and care but all jewelry is somewhat fragile. To ensure that they aren't damaged or broken make sure to keep them in a safe place at home and while traveling with them. Please refrain from bending or dropping your earrings. We use resin and varnish to keep them sealed and strengthen them, but they aren't invincible! If your earrings get dirty we recommend using a damp towel and lighlty dabbing the earring.
2. What is your return or cancellation policy?
Earrings are final sale. If your earrings arrive damaged, or break within one week of purchase please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Order Cancellations are only possible before the order has been dropped off for shipping.
3. What is your processing and shipping time?
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping times are 5-8 business days with the $4 Economy selection or 2-3 business days for the $10 express selection.
4. How do I check my order status?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days (or 2 for EXPRESS) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
